Your submissions

You are responsible for every URL, timestamp, description, tag, comment, and other information you submit. You represent that your submission is lawful, concerns publicly accessible media, does not expose private or confidential information, and does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Prohibited use

You must not submit unlawful content; malware or deceptive links; private-network or access-controlled URLs; harassment, threats, or personal data used to cause harm; misleading impersonation; manipulated metadata intended to deceive; or material that violates another service's terms or applicable law.

Third-party content and services

Linked media is created, posted, and controlled by users or third-party publishers. Its presence in the index is not endorsement, verification, sponsorship, or a statement that it is accurate, complete, lawful, or available. Third-party services may change, block, remove, or track access to their content under their own terms and policies.

Moderation and removal

We may review, relabel, restrict, reject, or remove submissions and suspend accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to credible complaints, or comply with law. We are not obligated to pre-screen every submission. Removing an indexed entry does not remove the source media from its third-party host.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, permanent links, complete indexing, accurate user-supplied metadata, or the truth, legality, or quality of third-party or user-submitted material.

Limitation of responsibility

Users and third-party publishers remain responsible for the material they post or submit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for user submissions, linked third-party content, actions taken by third-party services, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Subject to any mandatory law, disputes arising from these terms or use of Sayta are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sri Lanka.

Accounts and service changes

You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity performed through it. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk and may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
